Our independence and flexibility enables us to take an innovative and enterprising approach to property development. We have a particular focus on the "Living Sector" including Purpose Built Student accommodation (PBSA), Build to Rent (BTR), Co-Living, Residential for Sale in prime areas of central London.
The experienced & professionally qualified team at Jigsaw Assets carry out all aspects of origination, planning, development and post development asset management. The team bring together a number of complementary skill sets, and thus has the in-house expertise to provide a coordinated, case-specific approach to any given development opportunity. The Directors have each been involved in UK development for between 25-30 years in senior positions within highly successful property development companies.
