Managing Director
Ryan McGarry

A professionally qualified Real Estate Developer with in excess of 25 years experience in the Real Estate sector covering development, investment, valuation, asset management and fund advisory.

Formerly Development Director for McLaren Property Limited, leading on the origination and development of many of their central London and major UK wide developments. Ryan held acquisition and development roles in two quoted property development and investment companies, Unite Group PLC and Land Securities Group PLC, as well as a valuation advisory for secured lending with Edward Symmons & Partners.

Ryan has extensive knowledge of the London and wider UK Real Estate market with experience in the identification of appropriate investment and development opportunities, due diligence, assembling and leading professional team's to secure planning consent, implement planning, overseeing of the construction phase and the securing of occupational tenants.

Ryan has played a leading role on major development projects from initial site identification through to exit with end values from £40M to in excess of £500M.

Experienced in development within the following sub sectors; purpose built student accommodation, prime London residential, residential, offices, commercial & hotels.

Finance Director
Graham Inglis

A commercial, business facing finance professional with 30 years experience in the Real Estate sector covering development, investment, asset management and fund management.

Graham’s splits his time between his role at Jigsaw and C-Group Developments where he performs the role of CFO. Previous roles included Investment Director for McLaren Property, part of the McLaren Construction Group. Graham joined McLaren from the inception of the business in 2010, initially as the Finance Director. Prior to McLaren, Graham held various finance roles in two quoted property development and investment companies including Bredero Properties plc and Capital and Regional plc.

Responsibility for the financial due diligence on projects, including analysis, preparation and interrogation of development appraisals.

Responsibility for securing debt finance, including Murabaha finance, in different jurisdictions, covering a range of projects including central London residential, student accommodation and retail/leisure schemes; this has also included involvement in major refinancing in excess of £200M.

Experienced in the negotiation and completion of complex property sales, including sales of corporate vehicles, full forward funding, forward commitments and portfolio sales.

Development Director
Jim Hindle

James Hindle trained at the Glasgow School of Art and won the Haldane Scholarship and the prestigious Royal Scottish Academy prize for architecture. After qualifying he worked at DY Davies for six years and, having specialised in the design and construction of high-quality commercial buildings, became the director in charge of the company’s city division.

James joined London and Paris Properties in 1988 as Development director and for four years supervised the design and construction of its commercial development programme including a number of prestigious new build and refurbishment projects. He has completed numerous commercial office developments as Developer.

In 1991 James formed TateHindle Design with Andrew Tate which has been an AJ Top 100 architectural practice for the past ten years. He has an extensive track record in producing high quality buildings which are also commercially successful and recently he has been concentrating on the student accommodation and Build to Rent sectors. He left the practice in 2018 to pursue his other commercial interests.

Director - Jigsaw Senior Living
Peter MacLean

an experienced property developer the founder and director of Audley Holdings Ltd, a company currently specialising in the care home and retirement living sector having previously focussed on the retail sector. Peter is a proven leader within the commercial property environment, identifying opportunities, finding sites and running teams of qualified consultants with authority, accessibility and integrity. He is well-placed to understand the core product and the mind-set of both occupier and funding clients, having developed over 750,000 sq ft of retail warehousing in the UK with a GDV in excess of £100 million.

Over the last ten years Peter has worked extensively in the senior housing sector. He was a consultant Development Director for McLaren Property Limited, a property development and investment business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, he was responsible for sourcing and negotiating potential developments in the retirement living and student accommodation sectors.

While at McLaren Property, Peter extensively reviewed the senior housing market in the UK, reviewing opportunities with different financial and operating models.

Peter possess a unique combination of strong financial and investment skills coupled with proven development management and execution experience. He has strong legal and financial skills in mitigating legal risk and monitoring development expenditure . His management style is based on past entrepreneurial achievements and an established track record in managing teams of property and construction professionals to achieve a successful conclusion.

Peter is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Graham is a strategic partner to Jigsaw Assets and acts as our Head of Construction Delivery.

He is a Director of Rame Consulting and a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of professional experience.

He is the Founding Director of Rame Consulting Limited, a boutique Project Management consultancy based in London and with offices in both London and Leeds.

Rame Consulting is the strategic delivery partner for Jigsaw Assets and has worked alongside the Directors of Jigsaw Assets for over 10 years.

Prior to founding Rame Consulting Graham was a Partner at Knight Frank LLP and Fuller Peiser.

Graham’s skill set includes delivering thought leadership on the technical aspects of a project starting at pre acquisition stage, he recognises the need for a clear brief for the project team. His particular skill set includes creating strategies for design, procurement, delivery and handover. His leadership style is collaborative and communicative. He recognises the need to take responsibility in the delivery of clear and concise information for decision making. He is a team builder and an enabler, he seeks to simplify complexity, assess risk, and devise procurement solutions to mitigate risk.

Graham has significant experience in the total development process recognising the need to plan the delivery of design, procurement and construction for the proposed development exit recognising that the exit selected by asset owners/developers may vary over time.

He has a full understanding of the needs of investors, developers, and occupiers and therefore he is well placed to provide the “glue” in bringing technical and commercial matters together.

Graham has a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading and an MSc in Property Development (Project Management) from South Bank University.

Joe is a strategic partner to Jigsaw Assets and acts as our Project Management Leader.

Joe is a Director of Rame Consulting and a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience across a number of asset classes.

Rame Consulting is a boutique Project Management consultancy based in London and with offices in both London and Leeds.

Rame Consulting is the strategic delivery partner for Jigsaw Assets and has worked alongside the Directors of Jigsaw Assets for over 10 years.

Joe has over 14 years’ experience in the construction sector including with main contractors prior to joining Rame.

Joe’s sets clear objectives, timelines, and project processes for the technical and design team on all projects. He creates audit points for the team and the development “owner” allowing validation that projects are fulfilling objectives.

Joe is collaborative in his leadership style but recognises the need for decision making to maintain agreed programme and budget parameters.

His experience includes the delivery of significant PBSA and BTR schemes across the UK.

Terry Murphy

Terry is a strategic partner to Jigsaw Assets and acts as a Project Management Leader.
Terry is a Board Director of Rame Consulting and a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with over 18 years of professional experience across a number of asset classes in both Architecture and Project Management.
Terrys background in Architecture enables him to understand the challenges placed upon designers, which provides him the experience to work closely with the design teams to identify challenges along with opportunities, providing value to the Projects he leads.

Terry has worked on projects with values exceeding £2bn.
